Return policy

We accept return requests up to 14 days after receiving your order.

For the return to be accepted:

- The item must be unused

- It must be in perfect condition

- It should be returned in the original packaging, whenever possible

Customized items cannot be returned, except in case of defects.

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of order errors or defects.

If your order arrives damaged, you should contact us as soon as possible with photos of the packaging and the product.
